You will support our growing, 75-person international UI Design team, helping to create user-centric and visually appealing digital experiences. You will have the opportunity to sharpen your eye for detail and learn how to translate concepts into concrete UI/UX solutions and integrate them into existing design systems.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Be a proactive learner and contributor in our collaborative working environment.
• Support the conceptualization, and design of innovative, client-specific design solutions for in-vehicle interfaces and future mobility concepts.
• Actively work with our design systems and help ensure visual consistency.
• Prepare visual options and design iterations based on feedback and instructions.
• Assist in creating high-quality design deliverables and presentations.
• Learn best practices for maintaining the highest visual and technical standards.

You possess a fundamental understanding of UI/UX design principles, a high willingness to learn, and a curiosity for new technologies. You are a dedicated team player with a positive attitude and the ambition to continuously develop yourself and find excellent user-centric solutions.

Here’s what we think you need to succeed in this role:

• A strong creative interest and a degree in design (or comparable education)
• Practical experience (1 year+) in digital UI/UX design, presented in a compelling portfolio.
• Good knowledge of Figma for UI design (must-have).
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
• A basic understanding of user-centered design and prototyping methods.
• Interest in the mobility industry is advantageous.
• Basic skills in 3D & motion tools (e.g., After Effects, Blender) are a bonus.
• Location: Munich area (2 days per week in the office required).
• Occasional national and international travel may be required, but is not mandatory.
• Fluency in German and good english is required
