You will be an important asset to our 75-person international UI Design team, responsible for designing intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered digital experiences. You'll bridge the gap between high-level concepts and detailed UI implementation, while also contributing to the structural integrity and scalability of our design solutions.
 
Your day-to-day will include:

• Be a pro-active contributor to our collaborative learning environment.
• Explore and create innovative, client-specific user-centered design solutions from the ground up, with a focus on in-vehicle interfaces and future mobility concepts.
• Translate complex user needs and high-level concepts into visually compelling and intuitive digital experiences.
• Develop and maintain consistent UI components and patterns, actively leveraging and contributing to our overall design system principles.
• Provide and present a wide range of appealing visual and interaction design options to clients.
• Be in close contact with clients, design leads, and engineering teams to ensure high-quality, feasible, and user-centric deliveries.
• Maintain the highest visual, functional, and user experience standards.

You are a passionate Visual Designer with a strong user-centric mindset and an exceptional eye for detail. You possess excellent communication skills, thrive in collaborative environments, and are driven by the ambition to create impactful and intuitive digital experiences. You also have an appreciation for structured design processes and system thinking.
Here’s what we think you need to succeed in this role: 

• A strong creative and user-centric mindset with a degree in design (or equivalent practical experience).
• At least 3 years of experience in designing digital user interfaces and user experiences (experience in the mobility industry is highly advantageous).
• Proficiency in Figma for UI design and prototyping (must-have).
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) for visual design assets.
• Experience with other prototyping tools (e.g., ProtoPie, Principle, Axure) is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with design system principles, component-based design, and systematic approaches to UI development.
• An analytical mind with an ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and beautiful designs.
• Skills in 3D & motion tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, After Effects) for advanced concept visualization are a plus.
• Location: Munich area (2 days per week in the office required).
• Occasional national and international travel may be required, but is not mandatory.
• Fluency in German and good english is required
